Terms of Service

By using the Tithcqo website and ClientOps, you agree to use the services lawfully and in accordance with any signed service agreement between your organisation and Tithcqo.

Website content is provided for information. Service commitments, SLAs and commercial terms are defined in project proposals, statements of work or managed-service agreements.

ClientOps accounts are for authorised users of contracted client organisations. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying Tithcqo of unauthorised access.

Tithcqo may update these terms. Material changes affecting contracted clients will be communicated through agreed channels where required.

This is an operational baseline policy. Replace with counsel-reviewed language before production launch if required.
